For this 16-apartment project in Rugando, Kigali, we embraced a bold architectural concept that highlights the beauty of local materials. Warm red terracotta takes center stage, emphasizing authenticity and connection to the site, while brick adds texture and character. The façade is further enhanced with a geometric relief, creating depth and a striking visual identity. Every aspect of the design and planning reflects our commitment to creating spaces that are both visually engaging and deeply rooted in their local context.
